Kim Bailey Racing . Thoughts
We have three runners today..
Exeter.
12.20. Voyburg. This is the ideal race for this horse. But we are not sure whether he will cope with the heavy ground.. If he does then he should go close.
1.55. Thruthelookinglass. This big horse ran well for a long way at Exeter in his bumper. This is very different ground ground... He might find it hard work...It will be interesting to see how he copes, but one for the future.
1.55 Percy Veering.. He has been a slow learner and he did beat a few in his bumper. A very backward type who needs to come forward.. Jumps well at home.. He will learn and improve with racing

405 Warwick Tom Lacey Racing
Blow Your Wad - We think this is a smart horse who does all his work the right way, he will not be knocked about to win but we think he is smart. He may just be lacking a bit street wiseness as he's a horse for the future. It is not all about today. He is probadly a little short in the betting with so many unknowns.

Dan Skelton Racing . Stable hitting form , few better than Dan at placing his horses ,
Double Ballygriffincottage & Gaia Du Gouet @6/1 Faivoir without favourite War Lord @5/4 ✔️
Sunday Lingfield 1.20 – Ballygriffincottage @7/4 ✔️
He ran above expectations at Cheltenham first time to be honest. This race was always in our mind for him. We are happy with how the race looks. On his form he should go very close in this.
Lingfield 1.50 – Faivoir
I think dropping back in trip is positive for him. He’s on ground he has won on before. This is a good race, but I have to give our horse a chance as his overall record is very good.
Warwick 2.15 – Gaia Du Gouet @6/4
She won very well first time out. This is a little bit further but I don’t think that holds any fears. She should go very close and is our best chance of the weekend.
Warwick 2.50 – Lydford
He has won his last two and looks ok handicapped. This year the handicapper is giving all the novices a fair chance. He has been consistent I would give him a chance.

27th January runners
Dan Skelton Racing John Hales-owned Message Personnel, who Skelton believes could be worth following this season. He said: “I think he is pretty tidy. He is quite strong and sure of himself as a juvenile. He looks more like a four or five year old. “He has just got that edge about him and that is the best way to describe him and he could be exciting.” 110 Wetherby @6/4

Kim Bailey thoughts Wincanton
2.35 Talk Of The Moon..This mare was disappointing last time and frankly we are not sure why. She pulled hard and was perhaps unsettled by the delayed start.. Back to the drawing board today and we need to see her settle and enjoy her racing.. One to watch I feel.
4.20 Those Tiger Feet. Another who was disappointing last time.. He stopped like something was wrong and nothing came to light. Another one to watch and see if he can get his act together.
Tom Lacey Racing Blow Your Wad - We think he has stepped forward since his debut. He will not be knocked about to win and is too short in the betting fo me to back him. That doesn't mean I do not fancy him as I do.

5.10 Parc d'Amour.. This lovely looking horse has taken an age to come together and there was a time when I thought he might not see a racecourse this season.. he will improve for the experience but I am hopefull of a very bold showing. Kim Bailey Racing . 10/1🤞

Exeter.
1.53. Fair Frontieres. This has won two of his three starts over hurdles and the form of his last run has been boosted. Frankly he is an odds on shot and rightly so.
3.01 Equus Dreamer.. I shall be walking the course to see if the ground is soft enough for this horse. If he runs then the trip should suit as does the race. Must have a great chance.
Market Rasen.
3.55 Voyburg. Chester Williams won on this horse at Exeter earlier in the season. He has the chance of repeating that win , although todays race is far more competitive..Should go close.

A stable well worth following 2022/23 .. Harry Fry is confident he has his strongest team yet going into this season’s jump campaign.
Hugo Hunt (assistant trainer @harry Fry Racing)
What's your favourite horse at Harry Fry Racing?
I like CREDROJAVA. She‘s a lovely looking filly with a great attitude to work. Successful on the Irish Point-to-Point scene, she has been schooling very nicely at home and I am looking forward to her debut on the racetrack next month.
Name a horse to look out for at Higher Crockermoor?
REE OKKA; his work at home has been excellent and he's a very exciting prospect for novice chasing this season.

Which horse are you most looking forward to riding this year?
Weveallbeencaught won a bumper at Newbury after he was an expensive purchase following his point-to-point win. He's been schooling and working well. He's likeable and straightforward and I imagine we'll start somewhere quiet – possibly over two and a half miles – and then let him tell us where he goes. Everyone's very happy with him, but he won't be running until we get a substantial amount of rain.
Can you give us a horse to follow?
Sergeant Wilson has been training really well and schooling super. I wouldn't have said him immediately, but when he won at Taunton there was a horse called Major Fortune 17 lengths behind him and Stan Sheppard came out the other day and said he was a horse to keep an eye on. So I'm thinking, 'Hang on, we were miles clear of him'.

Kim Bailey stable thoughts
We have two runners today.
Wincanton.
1.50 El Presente.. This has been his target all season but his prep run was a disaster as he hated Chepstow.. He seems happy and ready for today but it is one hell of a tough race... He won this two years ago and he will do well to win it again today.. A good run would see him being placed.
Aintree
2.11.. Two For Gold... This has been his target since they changed the race date.. He ran a blinder in the National and jumped for fun.. A repeat of that performance would have him going close.. I hope he does.. he has every chance..
Sunday.
Sandown
2.35 Does He Know.. Looks like a two horse race on paper, but it is not!.. This horse had a shocking experience at Kelso when knocked over at the first.. This is a confidence run and on form should finish second..
3.35 Wandrin Star. He won this race last year but this is a much better race.. He is well and looking on form he should be placed..
Ffos Las
1.40 Galante de Romay.. This big mare is all about chasing this season and needs to get a handicap mark to do so. She needs to complete and go chasing.. one for the future.
3.20 Phantom Getaway. This big horse ran well all last season without getting his head in front. He seems stronger and must have a great chance of being placed or better in this.
3.50 Starvoski. Back over fences after winning over hurdles at Uttoxeter.. A repeat of her hurdle form puts here in with a great shout of being placed or better.

Kim Bailey Racing Leicester.
13.20 Lets Go Amigo..This horse ran well enough in his bumper at Warwick.. He is a slow learner and a three horse race is probably not ideal but he has a golden opportunity of being placed!.. Seriously, if all goes well he has a wonderful chance of starting life in the right enclosure.
13.50.. Samatian.. This horse has been running well all this season and with Kai Lenihan able to claim 10lbs he must have a great chance.

Monday 14th November 2022
Representing Bob - 2.30pm Exeter
Out of a winning Bob Back mare and from the family of the Gold Cup winner, Synchronised. Representing Bob wasn’t beaten far in a bumper, but looked green and backward in three hurdle starts. However, he has picked up a low handicap mark as a result, and he exploited that last season with three wins over fences and two close seconds. He still wasn’t the finished article so we didn’t over race him, and there should be more to come from him again this season. He was a good 2nd on his seasonal debut at Uttoxeter last month, he'll improve for that run and should run his race again here, but would appreciate some cut in the ground, so hopefully it doesn't dry out much.
Monday 14th November 2022
Jack Sprat - 4.05pm Exeter
By Walk in the Park (the sire of multiple Grade 1 winners Douvan and Min etc), out of a three-time winning mare who was placed in Graded company, and a sister to black type performers Aces Four and Ocras Mor. He was backed and ridden away last summer. After a winter of education, he made his racecourse debut in a bumper at Chepstow where he was a promising 4th. He was very green and backward that day, but he has matured since, and can run a nice race here.

Kim Bailey Racing Hereford.
1.20 Duke Of Earl... This big horse has not shown a great deal on his three runs although he has was a big boy 2 years ago.. Now grown into himself and very much a chaser in the making..He could well be placed in this but chasing will be his game..
2.50 Party Fuzz.. Ran well first time out at Ffos Las last season but after that he was never really right.. Tough contest and again capable of being placed. ✅ 18/1 winner . Chuffed with that 👏
3.50 Undercover Lover.. A lovely big grey horse who is a half brother to Flirtatious Girl.. Looks a nice young horse who should go close.
Tom Lacey stable thoughts
Banow Bay Boy - He is a huge EW price. The fav will take some beating but I can't see why we are running into the first three. Will love the slower ground and step up in trip. He seems to have improved for his bumper run. PLACED 28/1 🥉
Adrimel - He maybe best to ask him what he's going to do. If he shows up he can win.

Kim Bailey Racing We have two runners today
Taunton.
13.45. I Spy A Diva @3/1..✅Had a cracking season so far.. This is by far the best race she has run in but goes there in good form and full of confidence... Paul Nicholls horse the danger.. Must go close.
Lingfield
3.05..Time For Hollie.🥉. This lovely mare has the best bumper form in the race and she loves this ground and has been jumping well at home..Must go close
130 Lingfield Tom Lacey Roger Rarebit 🥈 - I thought, for once the handicapper was sensible, he went uop 2lb and surely if he can back up his last run he has every chance.
GUGUSS COLLONGES 130 Lingfield Roger Teal He ran very well first time out for us as long as the ground is not bottomless he should go well.
235 BILL BAXTER Warren Greatrex Jumped very well on chasing debut last month, we have tinkered with his wind which should see him finish much more strongly and put him in the mix. @12/1✅ Won @8/1
LINE OF DESCENT Warren Greatrex Last couple of runs have been disappointing. Seems in a good place at home and hoping he can make a step in the right direction here today. @22/1 - 7th …

Kim Bailey Racing Market Rasen
12.07 Gerard Mentor. This chap has had a cracking season.. he loves fast ground and that is my big worry today as it will be the softest he has raced on.. Last time it was sloppy at Ludlow as water was lying on fast ground.. He seems well but ground would worry me.. If he handles it he should go close.
13.10 Chianti Classico.. This is an ideal race for him as on paper he has one to beat.. He should. We have come here as part of his racing learning curve as he was far too free last time.. he needs to learn to settle.
13.40. Imperial Hurricane..This big chasing sort is very much a big baby who needs to learn about racing.. This looks a weak race on paper and he has every right to improve for a step up in trip. Good chances..
15.19 Undercover Lover.. I love this horse but his work mate did not run as well as we hoped yesterday.. This looks a weaker race on paper and I just hope he will go close..

Kim Bailey Racing God the emotions of ownership were truly felt by John Perriss yesterday. An hour after a fabulously game front running win by Bobhopeornohope his Lots Of Luck took a crashing fall from which he did not recover… Elation to devastation..
John is one of those owners to really knows his horses as he has them at home during the summer.. Poor Milly Jeory who looked after LOL absolutely adored him as he was a gent of a horse.. LOL was running his best race for some time when he fell….
John has had the best start to any season and he loves winning at Ludlow and yesterday’s win with Bob was certainly tarnished..
Getaweapon was disappointing again and she really needs very soft winter ground. Picks Lad found the course at Ludlow too tight especially after running such a good race on debut at Chepstow.. Up in trip on a galloping course and you will see a different horse I am sure.
Wednesday morning and David Bass was in. We worked a few and jumped a few too.
We have six runners today.
Hereford.
12.15 Imperial Admiral.. An lovely looking horse who would probably prefer better ground. Cetaintly a horse with a future and could be placed today..He is a baby and whatever he does today he will improve on.
12.45 Captain Rose.. Ran well enough on his first start at Exeter and the form has worked out.. Dissapointing next time and today should be a watching brief.. A chaser
13.45 Phantom Getaway.. This lovely horse won well at Ffos Las. he loves soft ground so softer the better.. One worry is that he missed a bit of work last week due to weather but having said that he should go close.@11/8 win
15.15 Mr Grey Sky.. First start over fences.. a good hurdler who loves soft ground.. must have a great chance..
Taunton.
15.53. Samatian.. Loves good ground and this mioght be his last chance.. will he get the extra trip? If he does he could be placed again.
15.53 Design Icon..Been off the track for a while and has been pleasing at home.. wants good ground..again place chances.
Tom Lacey Racing
Bannow Bay Boy - This is deeper than the last race he ran in but I think he is over priced EW bet.
The Big Blue Moon - He has to start somewhere and getting a run isn't easy, his schooling has been solid and he will put his best foot forward on a track that isn't ideal.
Nocte Volatus - He will give a good account fo himself and anyone of four horses clould come out on top. I will be watching him as he's not a horse I have ever backed.
Neville's Cross - He loves Hereford but seems high enough in the weights.
Roger Rarebit - Up in trip with cheek pieces on will hopefully do the trick. He's not a horse to rely on based on his last two runs.

Kim Bailey thoughts on todays runners
Huntingdon.
13.30 Rose and Thistle. This well bred mare was disappointing in her bumper and today she will need to cop on and learn about racing and jumping. She has the ability but seems a slow learner... One to watch.
14.30 Galaxy Moon. This horse should have run better in his bumper.. It was shocking ground at Hereford so we have to put that behind him. First start over hurdles and we really are looking to see improvement.
16.00 Destroytheevidence. Fabulous pedigree. This chap has taken his time to come to hand and although this looks a really good contest on paper we hope to see a good run.. Place chances.
