8-12 am Henlow TRAP 2 f/c price 5-2....imo if he breaks he wins it, but the break is what it is all about. He is very in and out at the traps so I need him to have his trapping boots on this morning.
Well, I got that wrong, he broke ok but didn't stay.

8-43 Henlow TRAP 1 to MAXIMUM dog bet...lowered in class gives me the confidence. Last dog this morning.
ouch...2nd to the favourite rest well behind. Expected him to catch up but the fav kept finding.

8-27 Henlow taking a wild punt on the young puppy in TRAP 5 . GET IN THERE..WINS at 3-1....a fast young puppy but kept waiting and bullying, dodgy one to follow as a bit of a fighter. Two things I did like...1. Racing Post didn't have it in first three..2. Handler gave a quick massage before putting in traps. |

Had a bit of time on hand so went through the dog cards for today. Here are the ones that I think have a squeak.
12-48 Notts TRAP 6
12-57 Kinsl TRAP 2
2-42 Monmor TRAP 4
and three in staggered handicaps
3-27 Sunder TRAP 4
5-06 Sunder TRAP 2
5-39 Sunder TRAP 1 (5 might find a lot of time)

WON 2-1...(5 found masses of time to finish 3rd)
12-48..WON 5-2
12-57..WON 2-1
so already a half point profit on the six bets no matter what happens now.

7-09 Sheffield TRAP 3 is an improving very young puppy. He can only go one way.

8-12 Kilkenny....first race this morning..four puppies in the line up including my choice so no big bet.
TRAP 4 (forecast 7-2)
Seems to alternate fast and slow at the traps, and this race should be fast on that theory, and therein lies his chance.So far the others are much of a muchness so can foresee trouble at first bend so hoping the 4 will just clear that.
