9-02 Henlow...a puppy race.. the three improving best at moment and should be concerned..2-5-6....the latter two probably the strongest.
TRAP 6 for me with saver on five and f/c t/c

8-12 Henlow...a puppy race so surprises can happen
TRAP 6 to have a clear around the outside. f/c 11-4
managed to find trouble, ran on strong for third.

Saturday am.
8-12 Harlow a trappy little sprint with crowding a possibility for all , but with 3 being slightly slower away and a chance that 5 may run widish, my selection just might get a clear run and not get done on the first bend like so many times in the past..but not a very big bet. My only dog this morning.
TRAP 4.
Sod's law, three broke and 4 could only finish a clear 2nd to it.

I like staggered handicaps. In this one even being at the head of affairs, trap 1 tends to be slowly away and on times could not win. Traps 4 and 5 on the face of it, appear to be the main two in the contest and there is only a cigarette paper between them. However, in anticipation of a once in a while fast start...
2-24 Newcastle TRAP 1 (f/c 8-1) done in a f/c t/c mix with 4(4-1) and 5 (9-4)
5 wins at 3-1
will have a look at other handicap here

4-14 Newcastle looks to be between 5 and 6...with trap 5 yards ahead of 6 at the start, I think that
TRAP 6......MAXIMUM bet
has the advantage in so much as he should avoid any first bend trouble

1-28 Sunderland a staggered handicap in which
TRAP 6 (f/c 4-1)
Will have the advantage of missing trouble on first and maybe second bend and so should pass all these.
2nd to evens favourite in 5

pipped by the 6 who ran much better than expected

2-06 Monmore TRAP 1 (f/c 2-1) looks trap to line material so MAXIMUM dog bet.
Checked at first bend and that was it. Won by a reserve dog I knew nothing about.

9-34 Henlow TRAP 4 (f/c 3-1) looks a worthy decent bet. Down in class and has the ability to lead these two lengths out the boxes..just needs to keep going.
did as expected but finished close second....just about even on the doggies.
